A Hidden Gem Serving Big Flavours

When you’re surrounded by restaurants in a city like ours, finding a place that stands out can feel like a challenge. But every now and then, you come across a hidden gem that reminds you why you love dining out in the first place. That’s what happened when we visited Kebab Bazari, a cozy Persian spot that combines flavour-packed dishes with genuinely warm hospitality. From the first bite to the last sip, this place kept surprising us — in the best ways. If you’re into kebabs, crave home-style comfort, or just want something a little different, keep reading. You’ll want to try this place for yourself.

In a city full of food options, it’s always a treat to come across a place that not only serves up bold flavours but also makes you feel truly welcome. That’s exactly what happened during our visit to Kebab Bazari — a friendly, laid-back spot offering Persian dishes that feel like they’re made with care.

Right from the start, the staff were incredibly warm and made us feel at home. The menu had a lot to choose from — everything from juicy kebabs and hearty stews to colourful rice dishes and traditional drinks. With so many tempting choices, we decided to dive right in.

We started with Zeytoon Parvardeh, a dish of marinated olives that had just the right mix of tanginess, saltiness, and herbs. It was a great way to wake up our taste buds.

Next up was the Bazari Kebab, their signature dish — and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The meat was super juicy, buttery, and full of flavour. Pair it with their sumac rice, which added a nice zing, and you’ve got a pretty perfect combo. We also tried the Soltani Kebab, which comes with two types of meat: koobideh and barg. Both were cooked just right — tender, smoky, and full of that classic grilled flavour.

At the staff’s suggestion, we gave the Spicy Tandoori Chicken Joojeh a shot, and we’re so glad we did. It had just the right amount of heat, with crispy edges and juicy inside — packed with warm spices that stayed with us in the best way.

To mix things up, they brought out two house-made sauces: one spicy and the other a creamy avocado sauce. They were both great and gave us a fun way to play around with flavours depending on the dish.

For drinks, we tried two kinds of Sekanjabin, a traditional Persian refresher. The lemon and mint version was sweet, light, and super refreshing, while the cucumber one was cool and crisp — basically summer in a glass.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. You could tell they took pride in what they do, and it showed in every detail — from their food suggestions to the way each dish was served.

So, if you’re looking for more than just a place to grab a kebab — if you want flavour, comfort, and warm vibes all in one spot — Kebab Bazari is definitely worth checking out.
