The Takeover of Bloor Street: The Yorkville Exotic Car Show

The street closed off, and the red carpet is rolled out for everyone to enjoy the Yorkville Exotic Car Show. On the sunny summer solstice, and celebrating Father’s Day, families are out supporting a fantastic cause, Melanoma Canada. It’s the 16th running of this amazing outdoor event, and it just keeps growing. From Avenue Road to Yonge Street along Bloor, the route is packed with jaw-dropping Supercars, Exotic Customs, Vintage Restorations, and Classics that will leave you in awe. It’s become a favorite Father’s Day tradition, and families are out in full force, strolling along the street and soaking up the excitement in the city.

The vehicles showcased at the event come from a variety of sources, including private collectors, company owners, and dealers. But this isn’t just your typical car show. With live music, delicious street food from local vendors, and exclusive VIP concessions this is a street party. Nestled in the heart of the Bloor-Yorkville District, one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods, this event is a must-see.

There’s an impressive lineup of luxury brands here, featuring renowned names like McLaren, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Ferrari, Porsche, TVR, Bentley, BMW, and Mercedes. Plus, don’t miss the chance to admire a stunning array of vintage cars from Ford, Austin Mini, Imperial, Plymouth, Facel Vega, and Volvo, along with the rare rally-liveried Peugeot 206, which is a true gem in Canada.

Melanoma Canada
Importantly, the event is improving public awareness of Melanoma and the great work of Melanoma Canada. Providing on-site education and screening as part of there Mole Mobile Tour. In partnership with the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA), board-certified dermatologists volunteer aboard the ‘Mole Mobile’ providing free screenings, and education on skin sun safety, and reinforce the importance of early detection. Beginning May 1 and running through October 31, 2026, the Mole Mobile trailer will travel from the Pacific to the Atlantic, with more than 130 stops planned in communities across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. The tour will prioritize underserved, rural, remote, and Indigenous regions, as well as urban centres with limited access or long wait times to see a dermatologist.

The Yorkville Exotic Car Show and co-hosts Bloor-Yorkville, with the event sponsors and the fundraising car participants, staff, and amazing volunteers presented a cheque to Melanoma Canada for $265, 000 to support their work. A truly impressive donation indeed.

Yorkville Exotic Car Show ran on June 21st, 2026. It was a great event that is free to the public annually on Fathers Day each year. A big thank you to Yorkville Exotic Car Show for providing Toronto Pages media access to the show. Make certain to add this to your calendar for next year.
