East Coast Artist Elyse Aeryn Announces First Canadian Tour Outside The Maritimes

Music Nova Scotia’s 2024 Entertainer of the Year, Elyse Aeryn, is hitting the road with her Unstoppable Canadian tour, bringing her soulful roots-rock sound to stages across the country. The tour kicks off on May 30th in Charlottetown, PE, and will include stops in New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.

The show dates follow the release of Elyse’s incredible new single “Unstoppable,” out now via Symphonic on all streaming platforms.

“What started as an accidental love song grew into a call from my younger self. I believe two people coming together is part of a bigger universal plan, but imagine the power of truly connecting to the girl within? Now that’s unstoppable. I’m so ready to take this energy and message of self-love & possibility across the country,” said Elyse Aeryn.

The track was recorded and produced at Soundpark Studios in Sydney, Nova Scotia, by ECMA Award-winning producer Jamie Foulds (Pretty Archie, Carmen Townsend). It offers an exciting first glimpse at Elyse’s forthcoming album, slated for release later this year — a bold, reflective project about risk, rebellion, and the journey to self-expression.

Elyse Aeryn makes music for the wild hearts — those who seek connection, catharsis, and a little rebellion. With driving rhythms and evocative songwriting, she traded her engineering career for an artistic path that’s already turned heads. In a short time, Elyse has built a rising profile, sharing stages with Canadian legends like Kim Mitchell, Amanda Marshall, and Blue Rodeo.

From the start, Elyse’s talent has been undeniable. Her 2023 debut album Joy State of Mind earned her an East Coast Music Award nomination for Rock Recording of the Year and won Music Nova Scotia’s Country Recording of the Year. She was also crowned Music Nova Scotia’s Entertainer of the Year (2024), named one of five Wavemaker Ambassadors for the Halifax JUNO Awards (2023), and voted Best New Artist in The Coast’s Best of Halifax reader poll.

Her single “Cowboy” climbed to #79 on the Billboard Canada Country Radio chart, where it spent 15 weeks in the Top 100, and hit #1 on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown. Her previous track “Criminal” reached #1 on CIOE 97.5 FM’s Top 100 Songs of 2023.

Now known throughout the Maritimes for her magnetic stage presence and powerhouse vocals, Elyse has quickly become one of Atlantic Canada’s most promising breakout artists, driven by talent, passion, and an unstoppable spirit.
